updated squiggletown. made these bauble hairpins. i guess inspiration came from thinking out of the box. normally people would use these to make magnets or embellies, but as a hairpin? another quirky creation from squiggletown. (:

started to get a small blister while wearing my birks, not too used to madrid you see. i usually wear gizeh. anyhow, this called for a macro shot!
the fountain pen nib was a macro shot too. the picture above didn't have a shadow but the bottom one did. and the bottom pic was clearer. so i'm guessing its got something to do with the lighting.

been yearning to get new birks. and those caught my eye. so many many choices. haha. but i think i'm settling for the khaki gizeh. simple and afforable. (:
we had dinner with the orchards at the hong kong street cafe. i only managed to snap a few pictures during the meal. the rest were quickly served and eaten. haha.
marche for lunch. it seems like the only branch we could find left was at viv too bad. food wasn't too bad, its just that it was a tad bit too oily for my liking. but, the hot chocolate was heavenly. think, velvety, and RICH.

some random food picture which i shall explain shortly. the almond filled bottles are an idea of what you could use empty class bottles for. the sweets at the bottom left are like a blast from the past! i used to eat these as a child, didnt know they still existed. heart shaped cut fruits. my version of carbonara + prawns and shrooms. not bad. needs more salt tho.

a masquerade ball and a maiden. but her trinket slips while caught in the moment. a whirl and suddenly time stood still. as the timepiece glittered in the moonlight, it lay still under the shimmer. yet, it twinkled and teased. slowly, the creeping tendrils of roses draped itself around it. but yet, its beauty still shows. timeless enrapturement.
and i seriously need to study. sigh. so so so so so deaddddd.
