the food was delish! everything from the spaghetti to the homemade garlic bread to the satay to the very gorgeous chocolate cake. see i took pictures of the food, then we got carried away with eating and youtube-ing and talking till it was time for the cake. then jon khoo blew his candles and made 2 wishes (cos he had 2 cakes) and shared his prayer requests for the year ahead.it was a nice party, but i'm thinking i still would like mine (if any at all) to be a really simple thing. like maybe a movie marathon (mel and i got a whole list of movies we wanted to catch but didnt, ha.) so yea, we'll see. (:
i didn't get to try the creative weekend project. but will keep it in mind. maybe some other time.
