5 easy steps! (: i made potato salad today..realised that in the umpteenth times i've made it, i havent taken pictures or recorded it down, etc. so decided to do so in blog form. wanted to do a cute photoshop collage, only to realise that i've kinda forgotten everything shuyan taught me earlier. anyhoo. shall ask her again tmr. (: for now, here are the pictures and directions!!
step 1: boil potatoes (till soft) and eggs (hardboiled). cube and slice respectively. a handy tip would be the run cold water over the potatoes to stop the cooking. (:
step 2: mix sliced egg and cubed potato
step 3(a): choose spices and sprinkle liberally. (:
step 3(b): add condiments - i'd use mayo, but you can use other salad dressings tho'.
step 4: mix it all up!
step 5: refrigerate and its ready to eat. garnish with preferred toppings - i like bacon bits personally. (:
